What AI agents does CloverNut include, and what can they automate?

CloverNut ships four named AI agents that read incoming feedback, classify it, and route it to the right specialist. They speed up triage. A human still confirms the fix before a ticket closes.

The four agents

CloverNut's pricing page lists four AI agents by name: Marcus, Leon, Sofia and Lena. Marcus is the coordinator. He reads incoming feedback and bug reports, classifies each one, and hands it to a specialist. Leon takes technical and backend bugs. Sofia handles UI issues and the homepage editor. Lena runs the tester portal and the feedback center. New items rotate between the agents on a round-robin basis, and all four work from one shared knowledge base, so any of them can pick up context another one logged.

What they automate, and what they do not

The agents classify incoming reports, route them, and can draft a first response. What they do not do is close a ticket on their own. A fix only counts as done once the tester or customer confirms it worked, through a link in a follow-up email. That confirmation step stays with a person. The agents remove the sorting work, not the final check.
